Summary
With a passion for project/program management and a commitment to making a difference, I've dedicated my career to driving impactful initiatives in the Prevention and Control of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) across Punjab. As the Regional Manager Operations (Addl.) for the Prevention & Control of NCDs Program at the Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Government of the Punjab, I lead a dynamic team in implementing interventions across healthcare facilities, ensuring seamless service delivery and effective monitoring.
In my current role, I orchestrate program activities, from patient registration analysis to on-site monitoring, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize outcomes. By fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare providers and government agencies, I spearhead initiatives aimed at collective action against NCDs, aligning goals and sharing best practices for maximum impact.
My journey in healthcare project/program management began as a Research Associate, where I honed my analytical skills and contributed to program enhancement through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Subsequently, as a Monitoring Officer (Addl.), I played a pivotal role in developing monitoring tools and supporting the execution of program activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I actively engage in projects that resonate with my values of inclusivity and community empowerment. Notably, I contributed to the screening of over 40,000 children with special needs and disabilities enrolled in 303 Special Education Institutions across Punjab, underscoring my commitment to inclusive healthcare practices.
With proficiency in Microsoft Office and a track record of effective time management, adaptability, and communication, I bring a holistic skill set to my endeavors. Spearheading the implementation of program interventions in healthcare facilities across Punjab.
