As Assistant HRO my responsibilities are assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Providing clerical and administrative support to HRO’s. Compiling and updating employee records. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training). Coordinate HR tasks (meetings, training, surveys). Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

Key Responsibilities
Working under the direction of our Senior HR Director, this Human Resources Administrator positon is part of a team which provides offshore support for the HR function with key responsibilities as follows
1. Accurate and frequent maintenance of HR database which generates customized employment agreements and compensation plans from a library of standardized templates.
2. Provides administrative support for all phases of the new hire and termination process.
3. Administers health insurance plans including enrollments and terminations, processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions.
4. Acts between employees, carriers and other outside parties to answer questions andor resolve issues as specifically directed by HR management.
5. Assist with report preparation for internal purposes andor compliance.
6. With in-house training, serve as back-up in payroll administration.
