Provide administrative support to the director in managing diary, the organisation of meetings and the maintenance of confidential documents and files.
Provide support to the director in the prioritisation of workload and responding appropriately and dealing with correspondence, writing emails/letters and organisational documentations, taking dictation, typing minutes and meeting reports
Legal opinion on day to day matters pertaining to agreements and also on due diligence of the Projects;

• Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and orientation to the company.
Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans. Manage staff finances,leave management and performance sheets for management.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining records and reports.
Administration:
• Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, including managing calendars, meetings, and events.
• Inventory Management: Liaise with external vendor for office inventory stock and utilities management.
• Facility Management: Ensure the office environment is safe, secure, and conducive to productivity.
• Budgeting: Assist in preparing and managing the departmental budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
