My career has just begun: has already led me to work/intern at different industries like internet technology(web dev), Engineering- B2B Marketing, Oil & Energy, Education Management (Academics & Recruitment), and International Sales & CSR. Throughout my work at Zones, I had the privilege of handling a diverse range of responsibilities, spanning from partner-focused enablement to sales
enablement, training development, onboarding, instructional design, content development, e-learning, and training facilitation. My training project campaigns success made it clear that I made significant contributions across these domains, helping to empower teams and drive performance.
Sales Enablement:
• I championed Sales Enablement in domains of Onboarding, Training, Partner Enablement and Content Development
• I mentored Junior Sales Trainers and Cloud Enablers.
• Acted as a liaison between Sales and supporting departments, facilitating Revenue Analytics through LMS and CRM reporting.
Learning & Training Development:
• I revamped the New Hire Sales Training Bootcamp and created Cloud Training Enablement from scratch.
• I played a pivotal role in launching the Zones Sales Academy, focusing on ongoing learning for post-bootcamp training for 1 year.
• Conducted Training Need Analysis, implemented the ADDIE model, and measured Training Performance and Results.
