Initial work experience includes accounting and book keeping therefore I've been involved in launch of products for operational side. Unit Head Operational Risk
- Working on ORM maintain and update RCSA’s and KRI inventory o Working to inculcate risk culture
- Monitoring the monthly reporting of RCSA coordinators
- Presentation of heat MAP with respect to reporting of Key Risk Indicators
- Conducting control testing and preparation of Testing Report
- Identification of GAPs in Work Flow As Credit Analyst
- Limit monitoring
o Sector Wise / FI limits / SBP Refinance
- Review Proposals & annual reviews done by the RM
- Prepare Credit Risk Review for new clients
Key responsibilities:

- Liaison with lawyer and other departments, where necessary
- Credit monitoring regarding documentation, Stock / Receivable Reports and insurance related matters
