Database Officer
Role and Responsibilities:
Under the guidance and supervision of the Project Coordinator, the Database Officer will be responsible for the following deliverables;
* Maintain a robust and comprehensive database management system, in coordination with the Project Coordinator and MEAL Coordinator, to ensure the availability of accurate data to meet project and donor deadlines and inform critical decision-making.
* Record, analyze, interpret, consolidate and report data related to ongoing project activities/interventions.
* Assist MEAL and project teams in data collection and data entry, as needed.
* Support the development of regular technical progress reports based on the results framework. Collect and consolidate monthly data reports and data on progress against project indicators. Produce infographics, dashboards, and presentations, through interpretation and visualization of key indicator data for internal and external stakeholders, Including donors, government, and technical working groups.
* Support the planning and development of monitoring activities, including but not limited to needs assessment, and baseline and end-line surveys.
* Assist the MEAL Coordinator in the development of appropriate monitoring and data management strategies, data collection tools, and reporting templates.* Ensure compliance with data protection policies and protocols across the organization and projects, in line with Cesvi and donor guidelines.
* Respond to any internal and external data-related queries.
* Support in troubleshooting IT-related issues in the office.
* Any other job-related added task assigned by the supervisor.
MIS Officer
Job Responsibilities
• To manage and maintain computerized records of concern field’s Data.
• Reporting data on daily and monthly Basis.
• Share monthly work plan with Donor, District Manager and field team
• Maintain and Keep various data basis updated.
• To Ensure that MIS data is accurate and robust ensuring that reports are accessible and to all staff.
• Ensure the data in the MIS system are complete and accurate at all levels.
• Cross verification of data provided by field teams.
• Maintain record soft and hard files.
• Provide regular reports to the office on the ongoing/programs/projects in accordance with given formats and time schedules.
• Any other assigned by management.
