I have MS(Hons) in Genetics from univ of Agriculture peshawar with 1st division.
Having good reporting and documentation skills as well as i am a good trainer with fluency in english.
Currently i am working as Legal Empowerment Officer in Aitebaar program(Rule of Law) in Sarhad Rural Support Program (SRSP) Swabi district, aiming to strenghten trust between citizen and government in the security and justice sector. besides my duties um working as assistant to Documentation officer in reporting and MIS data punching.
I was Master trainer in Education Project SRSP to develop capacity building of Parent Teacher Councils.
I worked as Data enumerator with Save the children in Buner district.
Also worked as Health and Nutrition educator in CMAM project with UNICEF in Buner, a socially backward and terrorism affected area.
I am a social activist and vulunteer with many non profit organization and a good plant breeder and scientist..working on my research papers to publish soon.

Responsibilities:
• Strengthen citizen-state interaction and implementing RULE OF LAW.
• Providing free legal aid, conducting awareness raising sessions.
• Enable community to solve issues effectively, according to law.
• Identifying community activists for awareness raising sessions.
• Forming Beat Level Organizations (BLO).
• Coordination with police in order to implement justice.
• Conducting meetings with BLO members and follow up.
• Producing success stories.
• Daily weekly and monthly reporting to the concern supervisor.
Project: Education
Responsibilities:
• Capacity development of teachers and PTC members.
• Designing training material/manuals
• Conduct training in close coordination with District Education Department.
• Give effective presentation and lead trainees through the learning process.
• Equal distribution of food, stationary and TA in participants.
• Reporting to the concern supervisor and M & E officer

Responsibilities:
• Arranging awareness raising sessions to teach people how to make good health decisions, incorporate healthy activities into their lives and avoid harmful behaviors.
• Prepare and distribute health education materials.
• To formulate disease prevention and health promotion strategies.
• Collecting data and other information to analyze needs and evaluate programs.
• Preparing reports for management and other stakeholders.
• Presentation of progress and sharing opinions in meetings every week.
• Plan study programs to meet students' needs, interests and abilities.
• Design curriculum as per the needs of the students.
• Monitor individual student progress.
• Prepare student progress reports.
• Instruct students on proper use of equipment, materials, aids and textbooks.
• Advice parents on students' progress and development.
