▪ Prepare weekly data of Sales, Purchases, & share the crux with upper management to avoid 
any kind of mishaps.
▪ Weekly visit to warehouse for executions of incoming & outgoing.
▪ Share the details of Fast Moving, Slow Moving and dead stock with management for their 
future planning.
▪ Coordinate with sales team for any up-coming orders and make arrangement for its 
readiness. 
▪ Coordinate with NPD team for any new launching and arrange its inventory.
▪ Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
▪ Weekly, Monthly Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
▪ Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
▪ Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors
▪ Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.

 Responsible to make Reservations, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Service Orders, Sub-Contracting Orders, Stock transfer Orders, Good Received Note, Goods Issuance Note, and Service Entry Sheets.
 All materials RSV, PR, PO, SO, SBO, STO, to procurement department and keep follow them to status.
 Responsible to forward Plant Valuation Report every day to all.
 Posting of Goods Issuance & Receiving regarding consumable store.
 To provide every month comparisons report of valuation to BUH.
 Responsible to create Physical Inventory (PI) document every month.
 To forward monthly Physical Inventory (PI) report to BUH & other related management.
 Forward all invoices to Accounts department for smooth monthly closing of GR / IR.
 Responsible to create GR/IR Report to BUH & other concern staff.
 Keep stock checking of Raw Materials, consumable materials, plant maintenance spares, Packaging Materials, to avoid any production stoppage and loss.
 Responsible to Create the Aging Report to nominate the slow moving, fast moving, dead materials for related staff to keep update.
 Maintain, Encourage and Possess “ownership mentality”.
 Encourage store employees to take ownership for their performance and career development plans, follow up on a regular basis.
