Implementation of Dynamics AX Procurement, Retail and Inventory management.

Responsibilities:
• IT Administrator
o Supporting of all physical and virtual Enterprise Systems and Infrastructure.
o Microsoft Recommended Hardware Sizing & Installing approved Network OS Patches
o Design and build Client’s & In-house IT & AX Infrastructure on physical machines and virtual machines
o Virtualization in Hyper-V, Oracle VR Box, VM Ware ESXI VM’s Backup and Restore.
o OS Installations on PC’s, laptops ,Printers , Server & Desktop Systems with Raid Configurations
o Monitoring of System Apps and Databases Performance through System performance Tools like AppDynamics, Solarwinds etc
o Troubleshoot issues with IT & ERP Infrastructure, FTP,DNS,DHCP Servers , Shared Storage,SAN etc
o DR(Disaster Recovery) , Server Systems / MS SQL Databases Backup and Recoveries , System Clones
Infrastructure Support (Microsoft Dynamics AX) / ERP Administrator Roles
• Preparing Development Environment for Dev & Functional Teams
Like Demo VM’s of AX2012 R2, R3, D365 FO through LCS.
Installation & Configuration
For Production, Test & UAT for Clients & Customers regarding AX 2009, AX 2012 R2/ R3 Components like:
o Visual Studio, SharePoint, .Net and other Development Tools ,SSRS Reporting services tools (All Versions)
o Resolving Level 1, 2, 3 Support issues ticketed by In-house Dev Team and Multiple Client’s IT Teams.
o AOS Server with Cluster / AX Client
o EP (Enterprise Portal) & MR (Management Reporter)
o A sync Server / Client
o AX Retail EPOS with Online & Offline DB’s
o MS SQL Server Administration , Creation of schedules of DB Backups ,Restoring them ,Schedule Jobs , User permissions and Rights issues & Query based transactional issues

Responsibilities

• Complete installation of AX and its Administration

o AOS with Cluster
o SSRS installation and configuration
o SSAS installation and configuration
o Share Point (Foundation and Server) installation configuration
o AX Enterprise portal installation configuration
o MS Management reporter
o Retail (End to End installation and Functional)
o Installation HQ, POS, and all retail components
o SQL Server management database multiple backup schedule plans

o Retail EPOS.
o Product information management
o Procurement and sourcing
o Inventory management
o Systems administration
o Organization administration

• Infrastructure design

o Hardware Sizing for MSD AX implementing
o Servers Topology of AX
o Installation topology of AX, SQL, Share point,Visual studio etc
o Multiple Test Environments of AX

IT Administration
o System /Servers / ERP Database Clones / Backups & Recoveries
o Troubleshooting issues related to Server Systems, Computers and Printers Remotely
o Managing LAN’s, WAN’s & System Administration.
o Hardware + Software, DVR’s Installation and troubleshooting.
o IT Procurement / IT Inventory Maintenance with Vendors Coordination
o Designed, installation and Server Migration to New Data Center.
