• Accomplish highest level of ownership of customer issues and escalations along with strong follow ups along with providing feedback to customer.
• Contribute towards new sales, up-selling VAS and cross selling targets.
• Floor greeting and channelizing the customers.
• Opening and closing of counters along with inventory and cash handing over and take over.
• Making sure that all the aims and quality standards of current policies and procedures, promotions and products offered to Ufone customers.

- Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.

- Data analysis on transition candidate firms.
- Requirements definition and design walkthroughs, providing end to end client process feedback.
- Assistance in the research required to develop educational content.
- Participation and/or management of various projects within the Transition Management Team.
