Summary

Having served in three(3) consumer banking products for over 14 years in Bank Alfalah limited (as stated in my resume attached herewith), I now plan to invest my professional experience in another valued organization. I have successfully managed multi-million-dollar portfolios involving multiple stakeholders and am credited by my previous bosses for building diverse yet sustainable corporate relationships. I have managed several products launches from end to end and have been a key part of the portfolio growth from scratch to the largest portfolio of the country.

Apart from business and marketing, I was able to demonstrate leadership skills, inspire and motivate team members. I managed to further lustre effective communication, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills. I have not only been planning ahead, setting targets and managing performance against targets for my own self but for my entire unit also.

Key areas of my work remained marketing, product development, customer services and business technology. Additional responsibilities included compliance with internal and supervisory regulations, intra-organizational liaison, maintaining consistent service levels while ensuring the business centres profitability.
