Tecno Auto Glass was founded March 2017. The company has installed state of the art equipment from Italian, Japanese, Finnish & Swiss manufacturers. TAG started mass production for its first windshield in June 2020.

Auto Glass Plant Relocation and its commissioning which includes Modification and upgradation of Machine Control Systems Process Flow diagrams. I have spent 6 months in Australia and 2 months in Malaysia for the dismantling and documenting the complete plant control system.
1) Development of Cause & Effect Diagrams, P&IDs along with upgradation of Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) with all aspects including Graphic Displays, Alarm Management and Historian.
2) Developing FDS (functional design specifications) and system architecture which includes medium voltage connections, Transformer sizing, Power distribution panel sizing, UPS sizing, Power quality requirements, control room design, control system power & grounding, cable terminations schedules, E/I Interface schedule, system & marshaling cabinets.
