▪ Coordinating with vendors for relevant quotations.
▪ Working on the enhancement in CIS Karachi’s infra,
▪ Designing new sites with the aid of Google’s Earth, taking in account the feasibility cum estimating ground level elevations for connecting sites.
▪ Designing of the maps pointing the feasible site location

Switches and router configuration as required.
▪ Pro-Active monitoring cum Diagnostic of network related issues at SAI’s infra and verify it via remote access.
▪ Data Center environment monitoring including temperature, relative humidity and cleanliness.
▪ Monitoring & managing, the operations & activities of Data center
▪ Ensuring that Data Center SOPs are followed in day to day operations.
▪ Ensure timely PMs for DC equipment and aligning contractors & vendors for PMs, faults & emergency queries.
▪ Maintain Data center inventory.
▪ Monitors network traffic, usage and performance making use of utilization and error statistics.
▪ Maintain Daily Statistics report of Nationwide Network to ensure guaranteed uptime.
▪ Level 1 support to all DC emergencies & operational / network queries.

Basic configuration of Multinet’s Client Premises Equipment.
▪ Switches and router configuration and diagnostic of network issue of client end and resolve issues with co-ordination of NOC.
▪ Perform troubleshooting and Provide L2 and L3 support to clients
▪ Manage and responsible for performing Pro-Active operation of clients
▪ Design a solution / prepare a recommendation for client network with coordination of NOC. Implement it over call in client network.
▪ Designing of the Solution for Client Network, against the complaint.
▪ Prepare Daily, Weekly report / Monthly Dashboard of the department.
