Oversee and coordinate various co-curricular activities, manage timetables, organize assemblies, regulate class schedules, oversee educational displays, manage the library and laboratories, facilitate the use of academic resources, and provide support for the academic progress of struggling students.

4. Collaborate with Area and Regional HR teams to oversee staff recruitment, retention, performance management, and other HR-related concerns.
5. Uphold school discipline standards while fostering positive character development among students and staff members.
6. Efficiently manage staff attendance and leaves to minimize classroom disruptions.
7. Provide supervision and guidance to the administrative assistant, particularly in matters related to accounts and other administrative concerns.
8. Ensure meticulous management, documentation, and up-to-date maintenance of school financial accounts.
9. Oversee the maintenance of school buildings and premises, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
10. Procure and manage utility services promptly to support the smooth operation of the school.
11. Coordinate with the supervisor regarding board-related matters and compliance.
12. Familiarize oneself with TCF policies and ensure the school's activities align with these policies.
