Provide strategic and tactical services as an Coordinator in this University engaged in the document controlling, Registration Process, and Direct Reporting to Director Program and Program Manager.
My Responsibility in campus as Coordinator includes
Ensure of Availability of all kind of resources required by resource persons for smoothly operations of the program.
Monitoring, Directing and performing all day-to-day operations of assigned programs to ensure that procedures
Policies are being followed.
Attending all departmental meetings with the University Management and discussing any benefits of the program and the Department.
Ensure the implementation of all policies Approved by Higher Management
Preparation and presentation of new Sessions Orientation Reports.
Design new strategic policies on small departmental level for the betterment of regular operations.
Suggesting new rules and policies for the Program.
Involved in future planning of Program.
Designing the Time Table Final Term Date Sheet for all sessions under my umbrella.
HR Operations:-
Managing all HR operations related to linstitute and supply chain business.
Handling & Maintaining HRMIS.
Ensuring policy compliance at Head Office and all regional offices.
Handling employee grievances and nationwide insurance related matters.
Managing online attendance module effectively.
Coordinate with regional HR teams for ensuring maintaining monthly and weekly reports.
Conduct reference and background checks.
Recruitment & Selection:-
Handling end to end recruitment operations for superior group and supply chain business.
Ensuring efficient hiring for all sections of institute and supply chain
Developing pool of potential candidates to timely fill the vacant positions.
Handled recruitment activities like campus hiring, internship program etc.
Training & Employee Engagement
Initiated employee engagement activities like family days & quarterly newsletter.
Assisted ,coordinated & delivered employee training programs with in-house
Conduct trainings at all regional offices for implementing effective attendance management module
• Planning, organize and manage all activities related to program including academics as well as administrative.
• Resolving day by day concerns, issues and inquiries made by students and faculty members.
• Solve all the concerns and issues of students and also counsel the students for bad behavior also motivating them towards their studies.
• Liaison person between faculty members and students on behalf of the program manager.
