Key Accomplishments:

Implemented a Defined Contribution Pension Scheme converted from Defined Benefit Scheme across Pakistan, accomplished a full fledge project and achieved success ratio of 65% of employees opted the scheme and as a result uncertainty on company’s pension liability has been reduced by Rs. 11 billion.
Timely executed retirement funds investments in long term tenure resulting an opportunity gain of Rs. 1 billion.  
Introduced Sharia based Islamic Provident Fund for members. (Innovative…First of its type)

Managed all operations related with the Assets, Stores, Revenue and Capital budgeting, procurement evaluations.
Exercised hands-on approach and effective controls to review non-POL procurement tenders’ evaluation as per Public Procurement Rules (PPRA) and also achieved saving in Non-POL procurement.
Developed Fixed Assets policy, supervised accounting and management of fixed assets acquisition, disposal, transfers etc.

Monitored risk-based audits of locations and recommended effective suggestions.
Reviewed contracts, policies and agreements to identify inherent risks and suggested controls.
