• Manage Overall direction and coordination
• Prepare Project baseline budget, cashflow, material and manpower schedule
• Procurement of works activities including tender preparation, RFPs and preparation & review Contracts based on WB/ADB/PPRA/ SPPRA
• Pre-Bid meetings and draft Replies to Bidders’ queries
• Preparation of Detail Technical & Financial Evaluation of Bids
• Negotiation and clarification of Bids from Bidders
• Vendor Management
• Preparation of draft monthly report for client and analysis of project plan and actual progress
• Coordination of project between PMO and stack holders from start to completion of project
• Analysis of Site Data compare with actual cost and quantity and Prepare Draft Monthly Progress Report
• Provide Assistance in research and development works
• Assist and Support in activities such as the tender process, supplier relationships and contract management for services
• Make inventory, schedule checking, managing, identify and resolve problems of all Peripherals
• Research new/ updated software for engineering aspects and prepare initial report
• Review and finalization of reports and presentation
Assist in maintaining current up to date documents and Manuals.
Coding in-house development projects.
Assistance in preparation of bid, RFP, PQ Documents and Company Proposal.
Scheduling.
Review and compile documents.
Maintain Inventory.
