Responsibilities;
• Prepare project reports and other program or technical documentation.
• Train personnel or clients on topics such as energy management.
• Conduct site observations, field inspections, or sub-metering to collect data for energy conservation analyses.
• Direct the work of contractors or staff in the implementation of energy management projects.
• Monitor and analyze energy consumption.
• Promote awareness or use of alternative or renewable energy sources.
• Conduct energy audits to evaluate energy use, costs, or conservation measures.
• Inspect or monitor energy systems, including heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) or day-lighting systems to determine energy use or potential energy savings.
• Identify energy savings opportunities and make recommendations to achieve more energy efficient operation.
• Conduct research or collect data on renewable or alternative energy systems or technologies such as solar thermal and photo-voltaic energy.

Responsibilities;
 Managing the plant maintenance activities at production facility includes Predictive, Preventive, Emergency and
Routine Maintenance.
 Management of activities of Maintenance Team, ensuring the activity completion in an efficient and safe manner.
 Management of Scheduled and Emergency Maintenance and maintains a system of Preventive Maintenance.
 Maintaining records of all equipment files, repairing documentation and Process Safety information ensuring
complete records.
 Strong coordination between Production Team and Maintenance Team during whole targeted Jobs.
 Taking quality & production related initiatives to improve plant efficiency & product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Planning routes and preparing design drawings of pipeline and supportive facilities,
• Assisting in developing, approving and coordinating the work schedules to ensure,
that objectives of cost, quality and deadlines are met (intermediate to senior level),
• Creating and submitting progress and technical reports,
• Developing and reviewing pipeline permits and applications of pipelines,
• Coordinating all pipeline land and survey activities,
• Reviewing all project documents prior to issue for scope and presentation,
including checking for technical accuracy,
• Conducting engineering studies,
• Analyzing problems and determining critical factors for investigation;
• Developing and maintaining positive, sustainable working relationships
with operational staff,
• Coordinating and working with project team members.

• Fabrication of piping supports.
• Ensure construction work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications and design instruction.
• Ensure that the site works are performed in an efficient and safe manner within contract guidelines, schedule and contract requirements.
• Advice & assist the Supervisor in all matters related to the piping and other activities in workshop & site.
• Control and monitor progress of work
• Responsible for completing all work timely.
• Quality Inspections for ensuring the desired work standard.
• To prepare BOQ and other documentation for reporting in site & head office.

Conducting Tool Box talks and Safety meetings
Implementation of Safe System of work
Conducting On Job Training (Work at height, Use of power tool)
Implementation of Permit to work System
