Production of UREA From ACES Technology.

Urea is an organic compound with the chemical formula (NH2)2CO. Urea is also known by the International Nonproprietary Name (INN) carbamide, as established by the World Health Organization. Other names include carbamide resin, isourea, carbonyl diamide, and carbonyldiamine. Urea can be applied to soil as a solid or solution or to certain crops as a foliar spray.  Urea usage involves little or no fire or explosion hazard.  Urea's high analysis, 46% N, helps reduce handling, storage and transportation costs over other dry N forms.  Urea manufacture releases few pollutants to the environment.  Urea, when properly applied, results in crop yield increases equal to other forms of nitrogen. So ACES( Advance process of cast and energy saving) Process is currently most advanced and energy saving process used in japan by Toyo Engineering corporation. In pakistan No plant of urea is running at ACES Process all are running at Stamicarbon and Snamprogetti Processes. ACES 21 is most advanced process for the production of urea. Main component of the process Reactor(PFR),Stripper, Carbamate Condenser,Medium Pressure Decomposer,Low Pressure Decomposer, Medium Pressure Absorber,Low Pressure Absorber,Lower Evaporator,Upper Evaporator,Prilling Tower. My contributions in the project ▪ Material and energy balance of Evaporators, MP-ABSORBER & LP-ABSORBER. ▪ Design of ABSORBER.
