Look All the Sales activity of alloted region.
Daily Routine Field & Market Visits (Retail, Trade, Architectures & Contractors, Construction Projects, Automotive Industry).
Recover Receivables & Follow up on outstanding payments and on the time recovery.
Conduct Market Surveys on Products.
Merchandising.
Target achievement and ensuring accomplishments with team.
Meeting and Developed guide, support motive and train Sales team.
Conduct trials and provide technical support to the customers.
Monitor Competitors Market Activities Regarding Prices & Marketing Strategies.
Product Positioning, Product explore new opportunities.
Plan Daily Tasks of Team & take Daily Reports. Managing Distribution & Dealers Netwoks & Their Receivables.
Manage All Quarterly Marketing Promotional Activities.
Make Sale Report & Stock Report on Weekly Basis.
Make Sales Forecast on Weekly Basis to Manage Stock Availablity & overcome Stock Shortage Issues.
Provide Sales Report, Stock Report & Forecasting Sales on Weekly Basis to Manage Stock Availablity & overcome Stock Shortage Issues.
Aftersales (Complaint Handling & Demonstration).
