I use computers and related systems to design new IT solutions, modify, enhance or adapt existing systems and integrate new features or improvements, all with the aim of improving business efficiency and productivity.

Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Deploy, configure and upgrade network software, such as, enterprise antivirus or diagnostics programs.
Implement and maintain emergency backup and restore systems for mission-critical network servers.
Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.
