Summary
I am PMI, USA certified Project Management Professional with total 7000+ working hours in every phase of project management on different government and industrial projects. I did MS (Engineering Management) from National University of Science and Technology (NUST) Islamabad, Pakistan. I have completed my Ph.D (Engineering Management) course work (CGPA 3.529) and now I am working on my thesis. I have total job experience of 8+ years, and “being a mentor” is something that cherish me more than anything else. I joined SGM as a “Production Manager”. After 1 year depending upon my performance and expertise, I was given an additional responsibility of Operations & Maintenance department and Dispatch department.
Since feb 2016 I was performing my responsibilities as “Training & Implementation Manager”.
Some of my achievements are:
• Developed training material according to modern professional needs.
• Supported deployment of continuous improvement initiative including lean tools and techniques, that resulted in 80% reduced rejection rate, saving 30 million PKR in one year.
• Reduced employee turnover by 121%
• Implemented an early talent recruiting strategy and internship program for all departments, resulting in 15 interns, over 2 summers, 7 direct early talent hires.
• Increased staff certifications by 187%.
• Successfully Completed following projects as “Project Manager”:
a. Design and implementation of Graduate Trainee Program for four work groups (Production, Operations & maintenance, Sales & Dispatch, Purchase & Procurement).
b. Ball mill grinding plant (30000 ton/annum) erection, Production optimization & standardization of 21 products.
c. Raymond Roller mill erection for soap stone grinding and TALC production
d. Product development of 4 Micron GCC for Bulley shah Packages & Brighto Paints.
e. Erection of Plant (84 ton/day) to Produce Coated Calcium Carbonate.

Production Manager
Some of my achievements are:
• Optimized assembly line that resulted in enhanced productivity of 1000 deep freezer /day instead of 550/day.
• Partnered with demand planning, sales to review forecast that impact supply chain.
• Developed and delivered core promotional programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Worked as “Project Manager” on following Projects
a. Development project of “ADVANCE MODEL DEEP FREEZER RANGE”.
b. Modification of existing assembly line to produce “ADVANCE MODEL DEEP FREEZER RANGE”.
c. Facility planning and installation of complete manufacturing Line for “COOL Bank Deep freezers”.
Electrical Engineer
Executed the Electrical Installation plan of following Public Health Engineering project (South Zone)
a. Extension and improvement of urban sewerage scheme D.G khan.
b. Urban water supply scheme Muzaffargarh.
