• • Tracking / Monitoring the movement of cargo in real-time & Provide information on the Estimated time of arrival (ETA) and estimated time of departure (ETD) or any potential delays.

• Managing the financial aspects of the shipping process, including issuing invoices, collecting payments, and handling any financial disputes.
• Taking care of payment to transporter, shipping line and other parties, Also take care of collecting customer payments and share financial ledger.
• Managing online banking, paying all type of fine, Transfer online amount & Update all financial transaction with account department.
• • Typing and follow up UAE e-Visa & Sharing with customers and also update and share Ledgers.
Import Assistant Manager
· Update Daily Report & Send to Client.
· Handing Import and Export Shipments.
· Check ETA / ETD & Update Daily Reports on daily basis.
· Prepare Cargo Bill & Send to Head office.
· Prepare Covering Letter of Manifest & Shipping Line documents.
· Update to Clients regarding their shipments and Negotiation with them.
· Correspondence with clients on Call & E-mail resolving Issues.
· Correspondence with Shipping Line & Freight Forwarder to resolving Issues & Information.
· Arrange Transportation for LCL / FCL shipments to Upcountry at Dry Ports or door delivery.
· Calculation of Import Custom Duty, Port`s demurrage, Container`s rent, Truck`s Halting / Detention.
· Prepare T.P on WEBOC online system.
Accountant & Import Depart In-charge
· Maintain daily Petty Cash.
· Maintain Cash Book and Bank Book.
· Maintain monthly Bank Reconciliation.
· Maintain Party Ledger & General Ledger.
· Maintaining and Updating Receivable Balances Records.
· Maintain Income Statement Monthly & Yearly Basis.
· To Prepare Monthly Salary and Adjust Loan.
· Prepare Afghan G.D on WEBOC online system also WEBOC Monitoring and Know about Attached Documents.
· Do well Afghan Shipments Clearing & Forwarding Proceed and Manage guys according To work in process.
· Prepare Invoice, Packing List, Shipping line Letters, Bank Letters, Custom House Letters, Port & Bounded Carrier Letters and Well Know about all Attached Documents with Letters
· Assist The Senior In Office Matters.
