Manager Production and R&D
• Lead the EVA Compounding production according to MPS and SOPs to complete the production orders in time.
• Plan and process the materials to meet KPIs.
• Implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and 5S Techniques for smooth production.
• Troubleshoot the production issues regarding the product & optimize the process and production line.
• Ensure the quality of EVA Compound Granules as per standard.
• Develop the formulations of EVA Compound (EVA, EVR, Hot & Cool) regarding the Hardness and expansion size.
• Developing the Colors in all grades of compound.
Production Incharge
Manufacturing of various grades of Polyols regarding thermoset products.
Production of catalyst used for thermoset products.
Performing R&D on grades of Lead Chromate yellow Pigment.
Analyze the influence of chemicals during the pigment production regarding processing aids, gelatinous cloud.
Impact of Tinting strength, film forming, binding layer.
Also produce the Base Chemical Lead nitrate for pigment
Quality Control Incharge
Manage all the QC documents
Perform various tests like MFI, UTM, C.O.F, impact, shrinkage test etc. regarding the Shrink wrap film and check the produced Reel
Perform R&D to improve the strength and biodegradable product

1) reduction of carboxl grpup (-COOH) in the fina product of polyester
2) reduction of energy consumption of Heating media (DOWTHERM)
