Mainly involved in Procurement Planning, S&OP Demand Management, Inventory Control, Process Innovations, Warehousing and Logistics of all SKUs considering investments and holding cost.Responsible to manage inventory of PKR 1 billion (11K+SKUs) at all Cross-Sector Warehouses, by assuring all required Safety Standards, external audits, Compliance, GMP, EHS policies those ultimately lead towards quality services with optimum cost.Leading (S&OP) Demand & Supply Planning and Distribution to ensure on time supplies of products / raw materials from all over the world and onward logistics/transportation, at the right place, at the right time, on lowest possible cost, to meet Total Divisional Sale Targets of PKR 10 billion per annum.Assuring monthly and yearly inventory plans to optimize current inventory levels and deplete slow moving inventory to achieve OWC/TWC targets competently.Monitoring performance of distributors by evaluating plan vs actual numbers monthly and quarterly.Responsible for monthly and yearly production plan based on the rolling forecast, available capacity, and total available production days.Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a framework to maximizes customer service by optimizing average working capital and overall supply chain costs. Managing purchases of PKR 4 billion (CAPEX/ MRO) and assure timely arrival of same.Ensuring successful implementation of all procurement strategies and developing strategic vendor management.Responsible in building agreements with all key vendors to achieve uninterrupted services/ supplies throughout the year.Leading the procurement function to ensure that other functional areas (e.g., Marketing, operation, planning,) receive quality, timely procurement service and assistance.Leading the procurement function to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective procurement of product and services.
Generating & evaluating Supply Chain Operations reports in Candela & Excel.
Generating analysis reports i.e. (STR. ITR, Pareto analysis, ABC Inventory analysis & Inventory aging)
Evaluation of Vendor/Supplier performance reports for better reordering & healthy relation.
Collaboration with planning, operations, and customer service departs.
Team management & conflict management of over 50 people.
Supervision of inbound & outbound in order to get 100% demand & distribution delivered to the network.

Stock for retail orders
Timely follow up through SCM factory for order status in Design and production departments.
Coordination with factory SCM for booking order/retail stock.
Coordination with factory Warehouse.
Co-ordination with sites Department.
Coordination with Accounts Department.
Coordination with Sales Department.
Follow up of Shortfalls/complaints against orders.
Report to management regarding Inventory.
Display Management Process.
Vehicles (Trucks Routes) Monitoring in case of product delivery from showroom
General Store Purchases.
Goods Return from Customer.
Data Entry in Warehouse Software.
Internal audit of display/warehouse for all items.
