NOC ENGINEER
Being NOC Executive my responsibilities are:
• Constant monitoring of live network of MOBILINK BSCs and BTSs.
• Escalation of trouble tickets generated by NMC (MOBILINK).
• Handle technical issues in compliance with the escalation.
• Prepare and maintain RCA and RSL report.
• Ensure minimum Outage time in network.
• Prepare fluctuation reports work with field team to minimize the outage.
• Maintaining outage reports on daily basis service effecting.
Huawei iManager M2000
Providing complete support to O&M Engineers from M2000Client
Monitoring and reporting of current Site Down.
Monitoring BTS, BSC and Critical alarm at I-Manager M2000.
Loop verification.
Report current Traffic statistics.
Coordinate with field staff responsible for operations andmaintenance.
Operation & Maintenance activities related to all Huawei BTSsites.
Perform all corrective maintenance CM activities at BTS sites.
