Key responsibilities
Monitoring ATMs installed all over Pakistan, Following up with concerned regions for Down ATMs.
Maintaining updated status of problematic sites. Following up with custodians and relevant authorities for issue resolution. Escalating and reporting site issues for minimizing Downtime and achieving maximum Uptime.
Aligning concerned vendors for ATMs fault rectification or maintenance and following up until issue resolution.
Preparing periodic Uptime and Performance reports for submission to top management and Maintaining Year to date (YTD) and Month to date (MTD) MIS for Uptime/Downtime and Overall ATMs performance.
Maintaining install base of ATMs installed all over Pakistan with ATM specs.
Reviewing new product/service proposals received from vendors and drafting feedback for management based on feasibility/pros/cons.
Performing User Assessment Tests (UATs) of New Upgrades/package on testing or pilot Machines before Roll-Out on production fleet.
Preparing ATMs/Modules relocation plans as per availability and requirement.
Maintaining MIS of Call logs / Part replacements from all vendors.
Processing OPEX payments of ATMs Cash & Charge part replacements, maintaining MIS of Invoices received against approved quotations, coordinating with Insurance, Finance and Vendors for payments processing.
Key responsibilities
Complete Installation, commissioning and maintenance of ATM, Sorting Machine & UPS.
Performing site surveys and highlighting pre-requisites before installation.
Performing Complete health check of ATM Machines in case of chronic issues and repeated complaints.
Providing onsite trainings to customer.
Communicating with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
Problem identification & rectification to control repeated complaints in assigned territory.
Attending & Resolving daily complaints (software & hardware) for ATM (WINCOR NIXDORF) ,Sorting Machine (G&D) and UPS (APC by Schneider) up to 10KVA.
Performing hands-on onsite troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment and Doing On site refurbishment.
Completing quarterly scheduled Preventive Maintenance and Submission of all documents / engineering reports to concerned authorities.
