Summary

I have completed my Masters with intention of taking start of my career in the field of Humanitarian Sector. Soon after completing my graduation (BBA) and in parallel to my higher studies I started my career with Lawari Humanitarian Organization (LHO) in the field of Monitoring Reporting. Later I joined ACTED International and then SRSP ( Sarhad Rural Support Programme) in Program Department for Khyber/Bara Project funded by UNDP and UNWFP. Supported the Logistics and daily Food distribution activities, monitoring the food distribution activities and food releases as per food release note/requisition form. Assisted the ME teams in monitoring the Project activities, field survey reports.

While working for LHO and ACTED International, I have the honor to serve the affected communities of IDPs operation in Pakistan and did my job with full dedication and commitment. I have worked with International Rescue committee (IRC), I have attended the training workshop on Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA) approach and late implemented the tools and questionnaires by assessing grade I and grade II students teachers in allocated districts (Mansehra, Kohat and Nowshehra) Pakistan. Later joined ANMOL WELFARE SOCIETY as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in Malaria Awareness Program for District Khyber. Monitoring of the CBOs, monitoring the mosquito's net distribution and then report the activities weekly and monthly with detailed analysis along with feedback from communities. i have worked with IRM-PRP Baseline Assessment in FATA (Mohmand, Bajaur) as a CRO/Enumerator implemented the EGRA Tool. Recently worked with Institute of Rural Management (Pakistan Reading Project) IRM-PRP as a ME-Khyber education based project of the USAID.
Presently, I'm working in BISP Govt of Pakistan as Compliance Monitor (SPS-15) for LandiKotal. Responsibilities include the Monitoring Evaluation of field activities, registration and enrolment of beneficiary children, Social Mobilization, Orientation of and coordination with School teachers, address the complaint and feedback received from communities.
