Project Coordinator
• Completed Mobilink Warid Merger Co Project with our customer ZTE while managing around 18 team mates.
• Trained and supervised survey teams and internees on civil, transmission, and RF surveys and devised policies to achieve daily targets and submit reports to the management in a timely manner.
• Created, supervised, and retained project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures and implemented strategies to determine risks and meet project deadlines.
• Actively contributed in creating necessary presentation materials for stakeholder meetings and presented reports of site surveys to vendors in a timely manner.
• Used an integrated approach to create detailed reports on completed activities while attaining project goals.
KEY PROJECTS:
• TP Sectorization and 4th Sector: Successfully add 4th sector of 3g on the existing sites and improve the coverage of 3g by recommending new Double Antennas on the sites.
• Mobilink 3g Swap Description: Played an integral role as a Project Coordinator and headed the responsibility for swapping old rectifiers and BTS of Mobilink. Took snaps of antennas loadings of MW on the sites and proposed cable lengths in the project.
• RF Audit Description: Conducted audit of all the existing RF antennas on TP sites in NORTH (N1) region and formulated report on the site.
• TP Rectifier Swap Description: Dismantled and implemented old rectifiers of Telenor on the existing sites. Measured ODU pads, shelters, and cable trays to determine feeder cables and Fiber optics for GEM and BBU.
• TP Rollout Description: Implemented Microwave dishes on the sites by sharing TP build sites for transmission. Conducted LOS surveys through survey teams in all NORTH region, such as KPK, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi.
• TP Solar Project Description: Served as an integral role in implementing solar panels on the specifically in hilly areas.
