Working on cloud i.e Microsoft Azzure, IIS, Active Directory, Terminal Services, Networking, VPN, Windows server, Office 365, Linux, VMWARE, SharePoint Server, MS Exchange.
Preparing IT documents as per requirements etc

Responsible for managing switches and implementing new configuration as per requirement.
Resolve complains following established procedures.
Testing infrastructure upgrades and executing new strategies.
Assisting with network and security testing.
Identify, categorize and respond to network/ IT problems.
Manage existing and new networking solutions including monitoring network stability and up time.
Providing end user level technical support to clients if necessary.
Monitor, maintain network and associated software, including responding to complaints.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Assisting with end user system updates and monitoring. including patch management spyware removal and testing virus checking, ensuring backup of data files, etc
Maintain confidentially with regard to the information being processed and stored or accessing by network.
Knowledge of internal software and systems.
Assist in research of new technologies and software might be beneficial.
Assist with technical documentation of system and processes.
Assist with creation and documentation of IT systems and networks.
