• Zone/Area Management through Geographic Analysis, Potential Estimation, Infrastructure Analysis, Coverage Analysis and Call Frequency Analysis.
• Supervise the Segmented point of sales Execution through focusing on Trade Channels to achieve the set objectives of Commercial Leadership.
• Provide expert to the distributor to manage transport fleet system in an efficient and cost effective manner.
