Balancing that the manifesting material and on route are same.
Checking e.mails regarding customers quries.
Manage all inflow and outflow of material.
Responsible for timely departure of couriers for delivery.
Immediate handling of operational disorder and their prompt resolution.
Good relations with management/seniors and be ready for contingency movements.
Keep in touch with network regarding incoming pre alert or out going pre alert.
Keep in touch with customer service department to reduce the chances of wrong deliveries.
Any other task assigned by Manager Operation.
