•                Conceived and implemented training on Nature-Based Solutions for sustainable agroforestry practices to support stakeholders' requirements.

As a Learning and Development Coach, I am facilitating a team of 20-30 teachers at a girls school, situated in a remote and underprivileged area of Shangla. Working in close cooperation with them to enhance students' learning and overall growth of the teachers, students and administration. Providing trainings on multiple growth aspects and adding value to the to overall vision of the organization.
