I have work as a Senior Supply Chain Officer in Supply Chain Management department at Mobilelink USA & I\'m look after all returned materials and logistics.

1)Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving identifying dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
2)Monitors & maintain current inventory levels ensuring quantities that appear in the system.
3)Ensure shipments and inventory transaction accuracy.
4)Compile report on various aspects of change in production or inventory.
5)Prepare purchase order as required & tracks orders and investigates problems.
6)Prepare GRN (goods receive note) delivery note & gate pass.
7)Records purchases & maintains database performs physical count of inventory.
8)To initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect thereof.
9)To check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places.
10)To reserve a particular material for a specific job when so required.
11)To issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.
12)To maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items those are going out of the warehouse so as to ensure accuracy and completeness.
13)Reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system.
14)To oversee that the arrangement of goods has been done in an orderly system within the stock location system so that the stock can be stored easily and retrieved whenever there is a requirement.
15)To undertake the function of stocktaking and confirm the periodic stock on a regular basis by working closely with the designated staff members.
16)Supervise the offloading/uploading process, the subsequent arrangement of merchandise, material, etc., and consignment so that it can be accessed and identified easily.
