Duties
• Responsible for petty cash management . Ensure petty cash resources utilized properly
• Maintain record of petty cash expenditure & hand over their bills to accounts department for posting in accounting software
• Assist Accounts Manager for cheque encashment & deposition,preparation and filling of payment vouchers
• Purchased and maintained office supply inventories
• Supervising the work of juniors staff, assigning work to them and ensure timely and accurately completeness of assigned tasks
• Ensuring the smooth distribution of mail internally and externally
• Preparation and upgradation of monthly employees attendance sheets
• Ensuring accuracy of late arrivals, half leaves and full day leaves
• Preparing and maintaining employees leave record as per company’s applied policy
• Provide assistance to HR, Accounts and Management departments
• Maintenance of the HR records and systems
