Program Officer
As a Program Officer (IT) at Punjab Information Technology Board(PITB) Supervise all the operations of HIMS(HOSPITAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) and coordinate with respective departments and ensure documentation and timely resolution of issues. Responsible to act as PITB\'s focal person for the project HIMS under the directions of program manager and derector. To implement network plans and maintenance of network, Server and database. Setting up accounts for HIMS users with passwords and permissions. Ensuring staff is properly trained on HIMS new systems and modules. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. Manage inventory of HIMS all IT hardware and equipment. Installing and configuring softwares and functions of HIMS. Laser & Thermal printers repairing, installations and sharing. Utilize expertise in network maintenance and troubleshooting. Installation and Monitering CCTV cameras.
IT Engineer
As a IT Engineer will be responsible to monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the organisation. It will install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical problems, either over the phone or face-to-face.

As a assistant of SNA(System Network Administrator) Responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance and repair. Deploying corporate antivirus solutions across the network dealing with the vendors for the procurement of IT services.
