Ø Projects: Handling various upcoming projects through direct owners, Laundry Managers, procurement companies, Executive Housekeeper & Purchasing Managers.
Ø Products Demonstration & Trials: Responsible to provide demonstration & trials for Laundry Chemicals, Kitchen/Stewarding, Housekeeping & Marble Polish chemicals to win the long-term contracts.
Ø Conduct Trainings: Responsible to train Laundry, Housekeeping & Stewarding Staff, using Reza Hygiene Chemicals in right method to avail best performance and longer product durability.
Ø Area of Operations: Area of responsibility is Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, RAK & Fujairah with regards to Sales Volume, ensure goods deliveries and resolve technical complaints along with new installation.
Ø Quotations: Responsible to provide quotations for the inquiries via customer service department.
Ø Technical Site Surveys: Responsible for conducting the site surveys & scheduling technical team to install Dosing units, Dilution Systems, Dispensers & to resolve technical complaints.
Ø Preparing Reports: Responsible to provide various reports & presentation to General Manager such as product sales, pricing, special discounts, information on competitor’s activity, market trends, etc.
Ø Negotiation: Projects Reconciliation and Finalization.

Ø Conduct Trainings: Responsible to train Housekeeping, Stewarding & Laundry Staff, using TCL Chemicals in right method to avail best performance and longer product durability.
Ø Quotations: Responsible to provide quotations for the inquiries via customer service department.
Ø Technical Side: Responsible for scheduling technical team to install Dosing units, Dilution Systems, Dispensers & to resolve technical complaints.
Ø Payment Collection: Responsible for collecting cash & cheque payments as per agreed payment terms.
Ø Preparing Reports: Responsible to provide various reports & presentation to General Manager such as product sales, pricing, special discounts, information on competitor’s activity, market trends, etc.
Ø Projects: Handling various upcoming hotel projects through direct owners, procurement companies, Executive Housekeeper & Purchasing Managers.
Ø Sales: Responsible for direct sales to end users like hotels, restaurant chains, institutes, Airports and Hospitals.
Ø Import: Responsible to import the material from FHP required by the client and as per the forecast.
Ø Export: Responsible for export sales to nearby countries on confirmation from FHP.
Order Forecast: Analysing the sales and the product movement of each SKU\'s and accordingly to forecast the order to FHP Germany.
Ø Payment Collections: Responsible for collection & follow up of payments from the clients as per the contract signed by the party on agreed payment terms.
Ø Quotations: Responsible to provide quotation for the queries received via email, fax, Telephone, company website and leads from FHP Germany.
Ø Area of Operation: International clients from Ghana, Oman, Bahrain.
National Clients from Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, UAQ, Al Ain, RAK & Fujairah.
Ø Stock evaluation: To track the stock flow and to maintain product flow chart by monthly average sale to evaluate the frequency of product movement and to trace slow moving articles.
Ø Preparing Reports: Responsible to provide various reports & presentation to General Manager & CEO of the company such as product sales, pricing, special discounts, informing on new launch and to inform on inclusion of new article from the range etc.
Ø Budgeting: Preparing and maintaining annual budgets for Vileda Professional department.
Ø B2C Sales: Responsible for indirect sales to mediators, like procurements companies, trading companies and cleaning companies.
Ø Negotiation: Projects Reconciliation and Finalization.
Ø Training of Kitchen & Housekeeping Staff: Responsible for training end users, using Vileda Products in right method to avail best performance and longer product durability, also assembling & dismantling Janitorial carts.
