Conduct project activities including chest camps, community gathering, and area notable meetings and ensure output as per SOPs: This involves organizing and conducting various activities such as chest camps, community meetings, and awareness campaigns to promote TB control and ensure that they are conducted according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).


Organize and conduct all types of monthly and quarterly review meetings including data validation as per assigned targets: This involves organizing and conducting regular meetings to review project activities, validate data, and ensure that the project is meeting its targets.


Follow up on instructions of Regional Coordinator through District Field Supervisor for the implementation and reporting of project activities: This involves following the instructions of the regional coordinator and working closely with the district field supervisor to implement and report on project activities.


Ensure uninterrupted supply of ATT drugs/print material (R&R tools) to the private provider and Lab supplies to private labs. Ensure capture of all data from private providers as per project requirements and SOPs: This involves ensuring that there is a continuous supply of TB drugs and printing materials to private healthcare providers and labs, and ensuring that all data is captured according to project requirements and SOPs.


Ensure the implementation of National guidelines for TB treatment and Project Operational guidelines: This involves ensuring that all project activities are carried out in accordance with national guidelines for TB treatment and the project\'s operational guidelines.


Physical verification of all registered patients, labs, and doctors for an effective implementation of the program: This involves physically verifying the registration of patients, labs, and doctors to ensure that the program is being implemented effectively.


Counsel and motivate patient and family regarding the treatment and disease prevention through contact screening: This involves counseling and motivating patients and their families on the importance of completing treatment and the prevention of TB transmission through contact screening.


Quick response to provider concerns regarding TB patients and available facilities: This involves responding promptly to any concerns raised by healthcare providers regarding TB patients and the availability of facilities.


Maintain the updated records at all levels: This involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of project activities and patients at all levels.
