Preparing the P-Files of the newly joined employees at H/O & Project Sites.

Co-ordinate with site coordinators for timely availability of time sheets of all projects for preparation of payroll.
Data entry of employees in Software.
Timely Preparation of the Final Settlement documentation of the Separated Employees.
Preparation of the Monthly Payroll.
Issuing the letter pertaining to the Experience, Layoff, Warning and Leave Without Pay.
Any other assignment given by the immediate supervisor
