ABSTRACT Security is the degree of protection against theft, un-authorities, viruses and many other criminal activities. One of the most important term in security system includes factory security system .Factory security system also includes protection against fire, leakages of gases, Dust and Smoke occurs in a factory due to negligence or other causes. The wireless security system using mobile is the systematic solution for factory security system as well as home security system. The aim of this paper is to investigate a cost effective solution for a factory security and monitoring system remotely. This also enables factory security against intrusion in the absence of factory owner. The system uses latest communication methods and techniques for security and appliance control of factory. A factory security has been become a major issue and increasing every day, every one wants to prevent against intrusion and wants to save from accidents. The main causes of accidents in a factory, which have been seen are due to fire, leakages, smoke, dust and short circuits. On the other hand accidents are caused by the external attacks of thieves and other criminal intruders. This Proposed system involve Intruder detection, leakage of a gas, situation of dust and smoke, auto Alarm and send timely information to the factory owner. The proposed system have an effective hardware and low cost. This also includes latest and modern technology in hardware as well as software. This proposed security system faces the all chalanges of security of a factory.
