Planning, implementation reporting of Food Security & Livelihood, Shelter, WASH, Child Protection and Education in Emergency EIE projects with mainstreaming of protection and gender for flood emergency response in Balochistan & Sindh Provinces of Pakistan. It is Integrated Multi-Sectoral Flood Relief and Early Recovery Role for Flood Effected District of Sindh and Balochistan, Pakistan. ·       Collaborating with programme team in planning, implementing and monitoring of the designated projects.·       Ensuring that planned activities are successfully implemented;·       Collaborate effectively with other line managers and the coordination team. ·       Manage the programme field team and ensure that they are wholly involved in programme planning and direction.·       Collaborate with the Appraisal, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (AMEU) to assess need, monitor activities, and evaluate programme progress. Ensure that lessons learned in the course of implementation are integrated into the programme to ensure that it remains responsive and relevant.·       Provide input and regularly review all FLAT Follow-Up for ongoing programmes together with the relevant department managers and Project Coordinators and Managers;·       Be alert to opportunities arising for learning, collaboration and partnership that may enhance programme quality and responsiveness.·       Liaise with technical staff and its participants/ partners.·       Report regularly (as requested) to the Area Coordination.·       Prepare and update the Project Management tools (i.e. PMF, Log frame, BFU).·       Translate relevant documents or information during coordination visits.·       Develop team capacity at both the individual and group level by organizing/ facilitating training internally or through specialist agencies / individuals. ·       Work proactively to ensure that the projects are responsive and relevant to community needs.Implementation of Project Cycle Management

Position Objective
Planning, implementation reporting ofAgriculture,  Food Security & Livelihood  emergency projects with mainstreaming of wash, nutrition, protection and gender for flood emergency response in Balochistan & Sindh Provinces of Pakistan. This is multi sectoral integrated emergency project role for flood effected district  as Agriculture, Food Security and livelihood, cash for work, cash voucher and Multi purpose cash grants assistance experts for Sindh and Balochistan provinces.
Mission 1: Provide Technical Leadership and Ensure effective project and partner management

Responsible for the overall emergency project management, implementation, reporting and coordination in compliance with ACF and donor regulations.
Responsible for oversighting implementation of Emergency programming with integration of cross cutting themes, nutrition, DRR, gender and protection.   
Supervise, mentor and support the partner in implementation of the emergency project activities.
Provide strong leadership of the assigned integrated emergency projects, working to ensure both short / long-term positive impacts and outcomes for the beneficiaries, and local authorities.
Possess excellent understanding and skills in management of multi sectorial emergency response projects.
Oversee administration of project budget, including control and monitoring of project related expenditures. Cash flow management, preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly accounts (vouchers, invoices, receipts), preparation of interim and final financial reports/ PPPs etc.
Ensure timely procurements (items, consultancy, and services): in coordination with the Logistic department. Ensure timely payments to all vendors.
Reporting: Ensure the preparation of weekly, monthly, annual and end of project reports as required by ACF, Government, donors and other key stakeholders. Work to ensure that all reports are accurate, comprehensive, well documented and timely submitted to ensure the credibility of the project.
Project Monitoring: Ensure continual monitoring of the project\'s progress to ensure that the project systems are working to achieve specific objectives and results. Maintain ACF accountability standards.
Project Archiving: Ensure that all of the project data is timely and efficiently archived during at end of the project period as per ACF SOPs.
Effective networking: Lead Project Office and management team to ensure best possible district level government relations and that project meets all legal requirements. Maintain good information sources and communications with key stakeholders such as Banks and telecom sector companies and national and international NGO\'s working in the operational in districts.

Mission 2 : To organize and provide support to communities and beneficiaries as per project objectives and strategies

    To participate in the training and education of beneficiaries according to the project requirements and in collaboration with the Community Mobilization Team;
    To facilitate the provision of technical advice for the implementation of activities;         
    To organize and implement activities of the project;
    To collaborate to ensure the coherence of the different activities of the programs in collaboration with other Field staff;
    To participate in debriefings with the Field teams and other internal and external stakeholders;
    To participate actively in initial training sessions and debriefing;
    To ensure good working relationship between government extension services and communities.

Mission 3: Reporting

    To produce project activity reports from the area of operation as per reporting schedule or when needed;
    To report any changes in the context to allow for timely changes in the project activities.

Mission 4: To implement the Security Plan in the project sites

    To collect and report any new security information, incident or any change of the context to the Field Supervisor;
    To respect the security guidelines as set in the Security Plan.

Mission 5: Ensure compliance with ACFs gender equality, child protection sensitivity and Safeguarding policies This position is responsible for:

       Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender, Child Protection and other safeguarding policies  
       Implement all work related activities with a gender, inclusion and child protection lens

       Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability

Managing Community Development and Coordination Component of Humqadam-School Construction and Rehabilitation Program (Technical Assistance in Construction Engineering DFID PESP II) in 7 District of South Punjab. I am responsible for increasing community development and Coordination with district Government and line departments in 7 districts of South Punjab (Bahwalangar, Khanwawal, Layyah, Muzaffargarh, DG Khan, Rajanpur and Bahawalpur ) for school infrastructure management by organizing community mobilization to establish Community Committees for School Infrastructure (CCSIs), identifying related capacity gaps amongst Construction Committees for School Infrastructure and Parent Teacher Council /School Council members, working with School Support Team colleagues to provide capacity building interventions to reduce the gaps, and identifying CBOs/NGOs as potential partners for Grants Program component so as to ensure sustainability of the Programme’s community-based interventions.
Stakeholder Relationship Management: Proactively build excellent coordination with District Government District Coordination Officer DCOs, line departments Executive District Officer-Edu, EDO-Es, District Education Officer DEOs and Civil Society Organization.
Establish good interpersonal relationships within the School Support Team by helping people feel valued, appreciated, and included in discussions;
Identify CBOs/NGOs as potential partners in Grants Program component in 7 districts of South Punjab.

I have worked as Programme Coordinator Education & WASH-Punjab with World Vision Pakistan at Muzaffargarh office in Pakistan Paindabad Education Project (PPEP) 4 year development project, School authorities including teachers deliver professional learning experiences, resulting in capacity enrolment, improved student attendance and improved and joyous learning at following output • Followings are my achievement under this project I have implemented 52 projects (28 toilet block, 6 Shed Area and 18 Earth Filling and walking tracks) through community driven initiative in my present project. I have provided School in box, recreational kit and established school library in all 20 targeted school. I have provided Sono filter for safe drinking water schemes in all targted school. Provision of Walking Track in 18 schools, installation of Hand pumps in 19 schools, installation of electric water pump in 14 schools, installation of 34 swings in 16 schools, provision of SONO filters for safe drinking water in 19 schools, construction & maintenance of boundary wall in 06 schools, provision of electric water cooler in 10 schools, provision of Solar Panel in 04 schools, construction of Washing pad in 11 schools done successfully under my supervision.I have provide training on School Development Plans (SDP), Citizen Voice and Action (CVA), Corporal punchiment and child protection, school administration and performance appraisal of school staff. I have established community based accountability mechanism in all 20 targeted schools. I have established early warning system in 20 school based location and 20 school adopted school. I am working on Advocacy campaign for missing facilities in project targeted school at district level and have succeeded to get boundary wall for 4 targeted schools and 4 class rooms for one school through advocacy campaign.

I am a registered PhD Scholar at the department of Pakistan Studies, Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan. I have completed course work for Ph.D at the said department and working on dissertation of Doctor of Philosophy. The topic for research work is “Disaster Risk Reduction-Global Environment Change, Hazard Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment in District Muzaffargarh”.

Worked as a Programme Officer-Child Protection in Early Recovery Project “ Children’s Action against Oppression and Neglect” (CHAON) project at Muzaffargarh. I have performing the following duties,
The Child Protection Officer was responsible for project implementation and achievement of project goal and objectives for Child Protection component. The Child Protection Officer will work under the direct supervision of the Project Manager and in close coordination with Save the Children Project Manager/Officer Child Protection for technical assistance and support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
      To assist the Project Manager in the development of Child Protection plans and responsible to implement project activities as per project plan.
 Under the direction of Project Manager and in close coordination with technical manager from donor ensuring best practices and quality in all Child Protection project initiatives.
 Actively coordinate with M&E Officer to ensure that appropriate monitoring and impact assessment mechanisms and tools are being implemented within Child Protection component.
 Ensure that line management is updated with latest information on key developments in the Child Protection component of the programme.
 Take full responsibility of the Quarterly Bi – annually and annual reports. Prepare budgets and regularly update them, take approval as per organizational procedures.

I have worked as Education Coordinator with Save The Children International in Integrated Early Recovery Programme for Revitalization of the Education System at D.G Khan district. In this early recovery project I reconstructed 40 Schools with complete WASH (Water and sanitation) facilities, DRR (Community based Disaster Risk Management) identification of potential hazard, formation of disaster management committee, preparation of school safety plan was the main component of this project, I am performing the following,
Overall management of the ERRP Education Program activities at field level

I have working as Education Officer with Save The Children International in Integrated Early Recovery Programme for Revitalization of the Education System at Muzaffargarh District. I am performing the following duties.
To develop, maintain and improve work coordination with local key partner (Community, NGO, and International Bodies) for successful implementation of the project.
Coordinate with Education Coordinator for effective implementation of the education project activities, ensuring clear guidance and standards for all progrmme staff are in compliance with all agreements and project proposal.
