Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) being the lead implementing agency for PHCIP (World Bank Sponsored Project) in eleven District of Punjab are covering three components of Project, named; Aaghosh (Implementing partner of this component is Health Department), Bunyad (Implementing partner of this component is School Education Department), and Khudmukhtiar Implementing partner of this component is NRSP). Primary duties of AD-Field Operation are following,
• The AD-Field Operation was answerable to execute & gain objectives of project regard Aaghosh ( BISP Beneficiaries) Program by developing close Liaisoning with DC-IRMNCH&N in the assigned district.
• The prime goal of AD-Field was to provide leadership and administrative management support to Heath department to ensure that all components of Aaghosh program are well-coordinated and contributed.
• To prepare of monthly activity plan (defining all activities, tasks and sub-tasks and responsible persons).
• To hold Coordination and capacity building session with LHSs,LHVs,LHWs and DRs of BHUs, RHCs and THQs regards Aaghosh program.
• In this way, orientation sessions are also done with head teachers, care givers of Govt Schools where ECE/ECCE was established regard BUNYAD Program( component of PHCIP Project).
• To Participate in monthly review meeting of Lady Health Workers, LHVs and LHSs at district level and ensure strong active beneficiary referral mechanism. ( CCT).
• To Developed supervise and implement SOPs for process improvement and enhanced management of different program activities.
• To Keep the close liaison with BISP local team.
• To Coordinate with World Bank officials and PSPA Management to undertake joint monitoring visits at community level.
• Communication and coordination with the local IRMNCH&N officials at the district level was done on every week.
• To Remain updated on the program targets, key performance indicators including both input and outcome based with specific timelines.
• To Close coordination and report sharing with Program Officer with management in Lahore was done on daily basis.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly update for quick assessment of performance and share it with management of PHCIP-PSPA regularly.
• Participate in District Coordination Committee for sharing monthly progress of PHCIP with chair of Deputy commissioner every month.

Punjab Rural Support Programme is a leading Organization of Punjab which was implementing the UNICEF sponsored WASH Project in District D.G.Khan. Primary duties of Project Officer Social Mobilization were these,
·       Implementation of the project in its appropriate form in the project villages/UCs
·      Being an Anthropologist and Project Officer SM to devise ways & strategies of strengthen the social structure and institutions in the perspective of WASH facilities.

·      Identification of community resource persons (CRPs)

·      Training of CRPs

·      Preparing field work plan of each social mobilize and CRPs

·      Monitoring and reporting the team of social mobilization unit

·      Assuring the demand creation for open defecation free environment through CLTS/SLTS approach.

·         Achieving the hygiene promotion and community engagement for and behavioral change in men, women, boys, girls and elderly level.

·         Identification of CBOs

·         Formulation of School wash clubs

·         Formulation and training of women support groups

·         conduction of sessions on hygiene promotion

·         formulation of WASH committees

·         Maintain close coordination with PHED, SED, Health and TMA offices.

At the end, execution of project with the help of Social mobilization unit along with engagement of engineering teams was also basic duty of Project officer Social Mobilization.

As senior program officer with Alkhidmat foundation Pakistan in its headquarter Lahore, l’m performing many activities because this is a philinthropic organization which is running Seven Major Programs/areas like Health, Education, Disaster Management, Community Services, Clean water, Orphan care Program, and Mouwakhat. My key tasks of working are the following,
• Responsible for project execution,
• Data Management
• Meeting with stakeholders and briefing about programs and ongoing activities of organization.
• Overcoming the gaps between headquarter and field offices/Teams regards reporting, data managrment , admin and finance related matters.
• Submission & Making of project completion report and sharing with every stakeholder whenever he demand or at the end of completion of activity.
• Sharing admin & finance related matters/ quaries with concerned department on daily basis or need based.

As program officer with Alnoor development foundation dera ghazi khan, I have performed many activities in two districts because this foundation is working in three Major areas like health, education and livelihood. Other tasks were these,

With Labour and human resource I worked as district manager BS-18 on additional bases   at districts Rajanpur from 2017-2019, and also worked as Dist Social Mobilizer BS-16 in D.G.Khan & R.Y.Khan from 2015-2017. My job was to implement the objectives of project named, elimination of child and bonded labour project (Integrated Project for Promotion of Decent Work for Vulnerable Workers in Punjab Province). Overall job description and achievements were these,
·       To establish close liaison with line departments like,Health Department(CEO, DHO, DDHO, MOs of BHUs, RHCs of three Tehsils of Dist Rajanpur Education Department, Literacy Department, Labour Welfare, Social Welfare, District Administration, NADRA, Local administration, PVTC, PTI, Banks, NGOs, bhatta union, trader union, labour union, market union and print and electronic media etc.
·       To present/ share the monthly progress/ report of project before DC & AC on every month during session of DVC/DCC
·       To conduct awareness walk / seminars regard child labour and mobilize the society about this social issue.
·       Overseeing the Project work and performance

Facilitate all stakeholders to understand the reporting format being shared time to time as per the requirement of the project.

I worked as Research Associate in Forman Christian College (FCCU), in Centre for public policy and governance (CPPG). CPPG envisioned as academic, research and training institution. I was part of a project of USIP, named, “pattern of electoral violence, and campaign dynamics in Punjab”. Basically, it was a policy reform related governmental project. For this purpose, we conducted a qualitative research under the supervision of Dr saeed Shafqat (Head of CPPG-FCCU).All steps of qualitative research from data collection to report writing/ publication done in four districts of Punjab. For this purpose, I conducted detailed interviews from representative of election commission of Pakistan, DPOs,SPOs and candidate of different political parties who were contesting election on the ticket of MPA and MNA in four districts of Punjab (Lahore, Sheikhupora,Gujranwala,and Multan).

Being a Mobilization and advocacy officer in SAAG Network Islamabad,I have performed many activities in many district and projects. SAAG Network is running with the help of Actionaid because this is consisting on different national thirty organizations. Major component of jobs was based on advocacy, mobilization, awareness session, conduction training and seminars and so on. 

As a Sr social mobilizer, with INGO Qatar Charity in District Rajanpur, I completed the project of FAO (former agricultural organization). For this purpose, we organized twelve CBOs in forty union councils. On the other hand, with the help of twenty five social organizers, I implemented objectives of project and gained assigned tasks within due date. As a field supervisor, all kind of monitoring and report writing, done by me in field office of QC. In this way, these things are made and shared with concerned ones on daily bases like, daily work plan/ field visit, monitoring, report writing, awareness/ mobilization sessions.

I worked as a field supervisor/ social researcher, conducted a qualitative research on family reproductive health of mother and child in remote and ridicule areas of south Punjab Pakistan especially Dist Rajanpur & D.G.Khan.
