I have over 24 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing software frameworks for banking systems, including conventional and Islamic solutions. I specialize in retail banking, consumer/corporate lending, Islamic deposits/advances, treasury, and web banking.

My experience spans across various roles like solution architect, project manager, and business analyst. I excel at ensuring application server and database performance and integrity through planning, designing, developing, and troubleshooting, applying advanced service-oriented principles for reuse, scalability, security, and performance. 

I have a deep understanding of both conventional and Islamic banking products, having successfully designed and deployed banking systems at numerous institutions across Pakistan and beyond. I have also completed multiple international banking projects, involving business process reengineering and migration through comprehensive analysis and mapping with financial systems.

My expertise extends to Proof of Concept (POC), Requirement Specification (RS), and Functional Specification (FS) development, including requirements collection, business process reengineering, and analysis.

Currently, I lead a team of almost 50 developers across diverse technologies and domains. I thrive on challenges, excel at multitasking, and possess excellent organizational and pressure management skills. My ambition and adaptability keep me engaged with the latest technologies.
