 Pricing of the complete job with the latest plant, labor & material cost.
 Perform post-tender activities including value engineering & supplier negotiation.
 Preparing discrepancies between the tender drawings and construction drawings,
claiming variation to Consultant.
 Electrical calculations for power and lighting including demand load for normal and emergency.
 Respond to Electrical contractor’s RFIs and building department review comments.
 Attended project coordination meetings In-House and Conference call with Architects, clients, other consultant and contractors.
 Write reports for field observation before and during construction of Electrical design to ensure installation per design documents.
 Drafting with AutoCAD version 2012 to 2017.
