SCTech Pakistan (oct 2018 to present) NOKIA ROLLOUT AND SWAP 2G,3G,4G Creating cluster reports using MAPINFO. .Analyze the DT logs and extract 3G,4G KPIs as agreed with the customer. Responsible for final SSV & cluster acceptance report. Coordinate with the customer and help them to optimize, improve the KPI and performance of the network. Investigate and analyze the reasons for call drops, block or failure, hand-over failure and propose changes in the network Responsible for managing and deploying number of teams according to the given task. Interact directly with customer during each project and advice changes if necessary for cluster optimization Responsible for making pre and post cluster reports as per template provided by the customer Meet KPIs for DCR, CSSR and HOSR as per customer requirements and provide with cluster rep. Analyzing data from DT log files with TEMS Investigation, Map info and actix analyzer.
Post Process 2G, 3G, 4G logs and prepared SSV and cluster reports accordingly.

Analyze for call drops, handoff failure, missing neighbors, Rx Lev, Rx Qual, C/I with reasoning.2G, UMTS, LTE Roll out Troubleshooting and swap.
Implementation of 2G, 3G, 4G all parametric Changes. Neighbor, RF parametric Audits after site integration and verification of DT and KPIs analysis. Pre and post cluster drives.
Conducting SSV (Single Site verification Tests) for 3G sites.
Coverage tests, Fixed Point Throughput Tests using tems 16.3. Conducting Throughput Testing Test, HO Tests. Cell Re-selection (2G-3G and 3G-2G) CS IRAT (3G-2G)
PS IRAT (3G-2G and 2G-3G) R99 and Video Call Test
Verification of RSCP Ec/No and SC.
Verifying soft handovers, softer, 3G to 2G IRAT handover, 3G to 2G IRAT cell re-selection and 2G to 3G IRAT cell re-selection.
