Summary
i am a fresh graduate of business administration having a combined experience of six months as an HR Intern. my main duties during the internship were assisting in recruitment and selection, personal files developing and management, leave related tasks, issuing letters, etc . and i would say that i have learned much during this internship about HR procedures.

HR Intern
I am currently working as an HR intern at AGA KHAN EDUCATION SERVICE office chitral. As AKES is working on education sector. there are more then seven hundred teaching and non teaching staff under AKES. during this internship my duty is to assist in recruitment and selection process, developing personal files for new teachers , updating personal files of current employees, processing free ship and insurance forms, leave entry at time information system (TIS) software, issuing letters to employees etc. my internship period will complete at the end of august.
