ACHIEVEMENTS
Established HRD Cell at National Highway Authority (NHA) Islamabad in 2010-2011 HR Department at Faisalabad Waste Management Company (FWMC) in 2014-15 and HR Department at Parks & Horticulture Authority (PHA) Faisalabad in 2016-17.
Developed Policies, Procedures & Processes and embedded them into HR Manual.
Developed and Implemented KPIs and based on that developed Performance Management System.
Implemented ERP Modules included HRMIS, FMIS, Inventory Management System, Payroll System and Biometric Attandance System.
Outsourced the development of Information Systems including Vehicle Tracking System and Vehicle Monitoring Systems that have considerably reduced fuel pilferages.
Designed Salary Slabs in FWMC in accordance with the Govt of Punjab salary rules and contract policy 2004.
Prepared JDs and set departmental goals, which resulted in increased productivity and employee satisfaction.
Developed information system for Poll Vehicles issuance and return and to record maintenance history.
Established Public Complaint Cell at FWMC along with toll free number (1139).
Established Complaint Cell at District Coordination Officer / Deputy Commissioner Faisalabad Office in 2015-2016 and implemented Computerized Complaint Management System.
Established Operations Department of FWMC and equipped it with cabins, IT equipment and required HR.
Concept Paper on Commissioner Coordination Cell (CCC) for Commissioner Faisalabad Division.
As an In-charge of the City Program Unit (CPU) offices at Municipal Corporation, Faisalabad (MCF) / City District Government, Faisalabad (CDGF) and Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA) Faisalabad and performed overall Administration, HRM, Reporting and Financial Management.
Responsible for overall coordination and implementation of targets under Disbursement Linked Indicators (DLIs) at MCF, CDGF and WASA Faisalabad.

Prepared Bidding Documents and Evaluation Reports and coordinated all Procurement related activities in accordance to the World Bank Procurement Guidelines and PPRA Rules, 2014.
Coordinated all activities between city entities performed during data collection and implementation of Faisalabad Peri-Urban Structure Plan (FPUSP 2015-2035).
Supervised and managed the data entry of 5534 District Faisalabad pensioners and subsequently implemented computerized Pension Management System (PMS) in all three city entities.

Planned and conducted field visits at desirable time according to project work plan and provided necessary technical support to Regional Field Managers and teams for smooth functioning of the project.
Prepared reports on BISP Grievance Redress Systems and Mechanisms (GRR) and Spot Checks on (ATMs, Point of Sales (POS), Biometrics Payment Mechanism (BPM), Biometric Verification System (BVS) and BISP & Partner Banks Call Centres).

This included HRMIS (open source), Inventory Management System, Biometric Attendance System (for company staff and 3250 Sanitary staff), Vehicle Tracking System (for all company and solid waste collection vehicles), and GIS based Vehicle Monitoring System (along with fuel dip stick).
Developed job descriptions, person specifications and key performance indicators / standards for National Highway Authority (NHA) Govt. of Pakistan staff at various levels.
Provided advisory services to NHA management on linking critical performance elements with NHA objectives and to establish performance standards, which measures results.
Developed new Employee Performance Evaluation Report (for initial goal setting, mid-term and final performance review) in-line with the NHA Code and Establishment Divisions guidelines for Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) and which includes critical elements and performance standards.
Provided support to conduct Workshop on the concepts, options and issues involved in possible wider NHA initiation of an updated PER methodology, Strategic HRD and performance based evaluation systems.
Performed pretesting of data collection tools and implementation procedures for Training Needs Assessment (TNA).
Conducted and participated in interviews, focus group discussion, meetings and data collection activities for training needs assessment in order to identify the performance gaps due to lack of Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes/Abilities (KSAs).
