I am planning Engineer at Descon Engineering Limited (maintenance Division), previously graduated from University Of Engineering & Technology (UET) Lahore in Mechanical Engineering . Planning Engineer
•Assistance in “technical proposal” by developing WBS, OBS, project schedule, progress histograms, manpower loading/histograms & project execution strategy.
•Strategizing project launching, execution, monitoring & control after award of contract.
•Recalculation of project man-hours, manpower, crew composition, developing WBS/OBS mapping & preparation of “project scope statement”.
•Preparation of “project schedule” in primavera/MS project at different levels i.e. disciplines level, zone/area level, cost-center level and “resource loading”.
•Developing “project progress histograms”, “resource leveling”, “manpower histograms/loading” & “mobilization plan” for project execution.
•“Cost estimation”, “cost budgeting” & “cost controlling” by developing “project budget”, "project fund flows/loading" and field cost monitoring & control mechanism.
