Maintain shop and give report to technical manager.
1-Check pre-treatment line maintain stock on daily base.
2-Control Ed line, UF system and check daily reports of different temperature, chemical component, permeate and
3-flux rate according to standard value provided by Nippon paints.
4-Maintenance different sections of shop weekly and report that generated submitted to senior technical manager.
5-Consult all theoretical and technical knowledge with Nippon engineer in case of ED paint DFT and phosphate
coating problems.
Plant contain four main bodies (shops) that are followings.
1-Welding shop
2-ED (Electric Deposit shop that have thirteen tanks four consist of HSS and nine MS that contain ED paints, rinsing
water and phosphate with heat exchangers).
3-Paint shop (having main three ovens and two main spray booths)
4-Assembly Shop &Test line(two types of assembly line for upper and bottom assembly line and finally test line that
have seven main test benches Headlight tester, Sideslip tester, Corner tester, Speed tester, Brake tester, Axle
5-load tester and Horn Noise frequency tester and last one is Rain shower.

• Cylinder head (work with A.M on this section)
• Crankshaft (work on kiraPridor Machine and FQM)
• Gear and Heat treatment (Test different heat process to check quality of different gears and shaft).
Work at pulping plant, bleaching plant with senior engineer in instrumentation and hydraulic lab.

Report submitted to technical manager at the end of this tenure.
