Routine Data Collection, Analysis, and Decision Making
o Coordination and Technical Assistance in overall program
o Support the analysis of data in flood crises in 2022, design special plan for children vaccination and provide insight to inform management and program teams for evidence-based policy and programmatic action.
o Provide support to the development of visualization of data including maps, dashboards, infographics as well as financial/resource analyses that present information in a way that is easily understood by decision makers.
o Lead on the data work including development and utilization of data frameworks and tools to make use of big data sources like Polio data. These sources include mobile phone data, remote sensing data, social media data, etc.
o Provide technical assistance to Provincial office, Field Offices and partners in the province and districts related to data objects.
o Provide technical assistance to strengthen national and provincial statistical and data systems that have flex, including baseline investments needed to strengthen responsiveness to emergencies.
o Guide to strengthen information management functions within campaign unit and technical team for data sharing, adherence to standards, and relevance.

o Provide technical support to ensure that the Country Office, Provincial unit & Emergency Operation Center team to have regular timely and accurate information, analytical trends in Polio indicators, coverages, as well as to facilitate evidence-based results of Polio and EPI interventions.
o Support management of available baseline information on provincial & country level data and key indicators through established databases for easy access and use.
o Prepare Provincial level statistical reports after each campaign and provide technical support for reporting.
o Compile data/information and make it available to management and sections on regular basis, such during emergencies, coordination meeting, post campaign review meeting, Technical Advisory Group meeting, Provincial Task Force Committee meeting etc.
o Contribute to the preparation of management reports (e.g., relevant sections of the annual reports), drawing on monitoring and analysis of key management indicators.
o Keep tracking of follow-up action based on management decisions resulting from Provincial Emergency operation Centre (PEOC) performance monitoring and evaluation.

Coordination and Technical Assistance

Financial Management

• Manage and Prepare campaign budget and human resource allocation/mobilization and budgetary allocation for all districts of Balochistan in each campaign.
• Research/ Analysis for the new resources allocation and view all its perspective like (feasibility, time process, impact)

• Assisting the financial management team with budget planning, and expense analysis.

Administrative Matters

Report/ Data Keeping
• Planning and implementing supplementary immunization activities (SIA’s). Strengthening SIAs through improved micro-planning and supervision, increased government ownership and expanded partner participation.
• Supporting Provincial and/or district health staff in preparation of campaign activities implementation and supervision of activities.
• Developing and updating detailed plans of campaign activities in Province and each district in line with the program objective and targets.
• Coordinating Federal and Provincial reports and reviewing all reports submitted by districts and analyzing the data related to SIAs Provide feedback to various health authorities.
• Ensuring the development and training on the use of the data collecting tool from the province, districts as well as from the union councils
• Analyzing and providing feedback to the provinces on data received
• Ensure timely feedback to data flow and share SIA data with Federal/Provincial or district stakeholders including donors.
• Planning of a comprehensive social mobilization/communication/advocacy plan for SIAs
• Maintain the record of Polio vaccine in each campaign.
• Monitoring and reporting of logistics in support to Polio activities in the province.
• As designated person responsible for coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting on activities, including logistics and coordination of the implementation of supported response activities. Liaison and maintain good communication, Assist, and facilitate the planning and implementation of initiatives and provide technical support under higher-ups responsibility in the programming process, implementations, and results monitoring.
• Prepare a database for the warehouse to keep our stock up to date.
• Lead the Data Quality Audits (QDA) periodically to ensure quality of collected data and sharing lessons learnt with stakeholders.
• Ensure that training information is captured well and analyzed. Every month run data quality check for the availability of error-free training data.
• Work closely with contracted organizations for the data collection and report their progress on monitoring plans.
• Closely monitor and validate quality of data collection in MIS and other reporting tools used by contracted organizations.
• Under the Monitoring & Evaluation Unit the main objective is to provide best practices, so that the program may take those forwards to future projects. 2) Challenges faced by the local communities and Afghan refugees, so that they may become opportunities. 3) Impact and outcomes of the RAHA program projects in the country – either negatively or positively. 4) Identification of gaps where the RAHA program should become involved in the next phase. 5) Potential solutions to overcome challenges faced by members of the community, the Government of Pakistan, and UN system.
• To maintain the Monitoring & Evaluation database based on Education, Health, Livelihoods, Infrastructure, WASH (Hygiene) and Social Protection (irrigation channels, roads, and installation of solar panels/pumps), based on all these develop each sector wise monthly and quarterly reports for review at meetings with Government and partners.
• Monitoring & Reporting -- Gathered & compiled all data from the project focused districts. Develop reports and disseminate them to Program Management Unit, Islamabad Office and to relevant districts and stake holders.
• Contribute to development of performance indicators/benchmarks, routine data quality assessment tools, monitoring checklists, data collection, visualization through charts, GIS maps, and infographics.
• Develop online M&E system which is obtained Monitoring report of all the data and evaluate them for analysis to provide minimum risk assessment.
• Support the design and implementation of baseline surveys/post distribution monitoring in coordination with M&E Offficer
• Server Hardware & Software – Support, maintain and administrate server hardware and software systems. Provide input in procurement of hardware and software keeping cost factor and new trends/technologies in the mind.

• Engendering partnerships by working directly with early recovery partners, including local authorities, to strengthen information exchange and help advocate, inform and train in the use of IM to support early recovery coordination (e.g. participation in national inter-agency IM working group). Support of strategic and operational decision making by leading and overseeing the processing and analyzing of data and information and presenting it in the format most useful for analysis (e.g. standardized templates, reports, maps).
